Public adjusters in Colorado

Licensed and regulated by the Colorado Division of Insurance. No general statutory fee cap. During a declared catastrophic disaster (Governor), fees are capped at 10% of any insurance settlement or proceeds, and no fees may be collected prior to settlement (C.R.S. 10-2-417(4)).
