Public adjuster 72-hour policy-limit carve-outs by state

When the insurer pays or commits to pay policy limits quickly, these states restrict or eliminate the adjuster's percentage fee. Florida's version is the strictest: 1% if limits are paid within 14 days, 0% if paid before the contract. Others use a 72-hour trigger.
